We believe the disciples of Jesus Christ should minister to one another in the local church, rather than one or a small number of professional pastors bearing total responsibility to care for the entire congregation.
God has given spiritual gifts to all of His people to provide mutual ministry in the context of the healthy and strong local church. (See Ephesians 4:11-12)
Jesus' Last Command is My First Priority. Not only are we to be disciples, we are told by Jesus to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:19).
How can you grow as a disciple? How can you be a part of making disciples?
Here is how you can do both at Harvest Bible Chapel!
WALK WITH CHRIST
Not only should you be in prayer and the Word yourself, you should join a Small Group with other believers, growing as disciples.
Make it a priority to be a part of our High Impact Worship Service every Sunday. Come ready to worship in song, pray, and study the Bible.
Small Groups are made of couples, individuals, and families living their lives together for a season. Striving towards Christ with one another lifting each other up in the pursuit of sanctification.
Life happens together in a small group; we walk, worship, and work together as a family. Regular outreach opportunities grow our faith and break down our cultural biases to those in need around us.
Diving into Christ's Word is a weekly and daily occurrence, accountability with one another as men and women are essential to growth as individuals and a group.
Our common goal is to know Him more...and growing in His love...together.
ADDITIONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Men's and women's Bible studies are complementary to the normal small groups, they occur periodically throughout the year.
