1. Summarize and briefly define the 3 job descriptions of church leaders and the 3 job descriptions of church members that Paul lays out in this passage.
    
2. Is Paul directing these verses about "living in peace" towards the church leaders or the church members? Why do you think that is?
    
3. What causes churches to lose the peace? How can your small group help prevent that?
