Hello Ladies,

We will be making 8 freezer dump meals in one evening. If you have not heard of this, you simply combine all ingredients for your meals in a labeled Ziploc bag, defrost the night before, dump your bag into a crockpot and follow instructions for cooking. Dinner is ready with no fuss.

We will be making:

1. Meatball vegetable soup

2. Bean stew

3. Apple BBQ Pork Tenderloin

4. Easy Meatloaf

5. Beef stew

6. Thai Peanut Chicken

7. Hawaiian Chicken

8. Cheesy Garlic chicken

I have made you a detailed shopping list. There are several ingredients that we just need a little of and can share. I will purchase the following items: Butter, eggs, milk, brown sugar, white rice, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, natural peanut butter, honey, cornstarch, red curry paste, low sodium soy sauce, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, dried onion, sage, rosemary, Ziploc bags and Sharpies. Please plan to contribute $10 to share the cost of the community items.

If you see a recipe you would like to skip, you can look at the recipe and cross those items off of the list. Or, you may want to double some. It’s your choice. I know that I already tried the Apple BBQ pork tenderloin. It was good, but a lot for just Jeff and I to eat. I would probably cut the pork loin into 2 pieces and make 2 bags next time. It’s very flexible. I tried to have a nice variety, and I hope you will find some meals you love.
